Buy in bulk and SAVE $ Our Vegan friends asked us to create an alternative, fully vegetarian version of our haggis so that they, too, could partake of the famous dish. How to do this and still maintain our high standards for authenticity and superb taste became our newest challenge, but the challenge soon evolved into a rewarding experience. Even our regular, meat-loving customers have told us that our vegetarian version is not only delicious, but also amazingly close to the real thing in appearance, texture, and taste.
As usual for The Caledonian Kitchen, we have included only the finest ingredients available. We are delighted to provide this vegan version of the wonderful national dish of Scotland. We recommend the traditional combination of haggis with “neeps and tatties” - that is, turnips and potatoes.
