Double Devon Cream is uniquely British and made from the cream from high-fat breed cows in the West Country to produce a consistency similiar to soft ice-cream. Double Devon cream is more pourable and eaten with fresh fruit dishes They can be stored in a cool place without refrigeration unopened and they keep for many months. Once opened they should be refrigerated and consumed within 3 days.
