Frozen Haggis is shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays ONLY for UPS 2nd Day Air. UPS Next Day Air frozen orders are shipped Monday - Wednesday ONLY. Orders received after those days will ship the following week! We strongly recommend that you or someone else is there to sign for the package(s) when it arrives at your address in order to ensure that items can be properly refrigerated or frozen as soon as possible. You may choose for the package to be left at your door, but CaledonianKitchen.com will not take responsibility if the items spoil. To enjoy the full flavor and freshness of our exquisite products, we urge you to make the necessary arrangements beforehand. Your order will ship from us frozen. It is normal for a slight thawing to occur in shipment, and it is safe to refreeze when you receive your order. Thawing time for an 8lb haggis is 2-3 days in the refrigerator prior to cooking or place in cool water for 6-9 hours if it needs to be thawed quickly.
