CaledonianKitchen.com accepts credit cards as well as Paypal as payment.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Visa/Mastercard check cards. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

We use industry standard 256-bit SSL encryption to keep your data secure.

Our site security is verified with GlobalSign SSL certificate, utilizing the highest level of encryption or security possible. This means you can rest assured that communications (e.g. credit card numbers) between your browser and this site’s web servers are private and secure when the SSL session is activated.

We are also a Verified Paypal Merchant. If you’d prefer not to use your credit card, please feel free to use your verified Paypal account.

Paying by Check Card

If you’re paying with a Visa Check Card, or MasterMoney Card enter it as if it was a regular credit card.

Authorizing Your Credit Card

When you place an order with us, our merchant bank will contact your credit card’s issuing bank to confirm that your credit card is a valid number and has not been reported as lost or stolen. We do this by requesting authorization for the sale. We don’t actually charge your card at this time. We never charge your card for the items in your order until we are ready to ship them.

It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorization to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorized. If your transaction fails at checkout, you can attempt again after 15 minutes to avoid problems with duplicate transactions.

Coupons and Discounts

Occasionally we will offer coupon or discount codes for use on purchases. Follow these steps to redeem your coupon.

• Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
• On the Payment page, enter your coupon exactly as it appears in the box that says “Coupon Code” under Special Offers and Discounts
• Click “Apply.”
• If your discount qualifies it will be displayed under the Total for your order.
