We LOVE to hear from our customers!

Lies, lies! Don’t believe the lies! Its all English lies! Nothing tastes as great as sirloin beef haggis made by the Caledonian Kitchen!  With dirk in fist, a beautiful sight emerged as I was “trenching your gushing entrails bright” of our presentation haggis. Truly “warm, reeking, rich!” A taste sensation!!  Of course, it adds to it when the room is filled with Scots and wannabe’s all clapping as the haggis is piped in! Unfortunately, because our event was held in a Presbyterian church, What came out of the bottle of Talisker for a toast was ‘tea!’ (the real stuff came later at home).

I have always wanted to sample haggis, and I got my chance at the Central Texas Highland Games and Clan Gathering in Salado Texas this past year. Not only is Jim Walters and his team the real deal, but his haggis is truly a Scottish tradition you can’t afford to miss! Guests to our home rave about the traditional haggis dinner and ask for it often. It’s now become OUR family tradition. Hat’s off to Caledonian Kitchen!

Wow! I just tried your Lamb Haggis this past weekend, and I wanted to tell you that you hit another home run. That’s some extremely tasty Haggis. It will become a regular here, and will take the place of honor at our next Burns Supper. Absolute tops.

As a born and bred full blooded Scot living in the states, i was skeptical about trying Haggis not from Scotland and made with beef. After mustering some courage i tried some and was blissfully happy with it!
