Ingredients: 100% USDA Choice Sirloin Beef and Beef Liver, Re-hydrated Oats, Refined Beef Suet, Water, Onions and Spices.

SHIPPING NOTICE: This is a frozen perishable item and ships separately in a insulated lined container! This item can ship separately and will be processed on Monday and Tuesdays ONLY. Saturday delivery is NOT available.

ALASKA and HAWAII Residents: This item is only available for delivery in the lower 48. Please see our canned scottish haggis.

Frozen Haggis is shipped via UPS to arrive within 2 days.  Frozen Haggis orders are only shipped out on Mondays and Tuesdays each week. Orders received after Tuesday 12pm CST will likely ship the following week!

We strongly recommend that you or someone else is there to sign for the package(s) when it arrives at your address in order to ensure that items can be properly refrigerated or frozen as soon as possible. You may choose for the package to be left at your door, but CaledonianKitchen.com will not take responsibility if the item(s)s spoil. To enjoy the full flavor and freshness of our exquisite products, we urge you to make the necessary arrangements beforehand. Your order will ship from us frozen. It is normal for a slight thawing to occur in shipment, and it is safe to refreeze when you receive your order. Thawing time for an 4lb haggis is 1-2 days in the refrigerator prior to cooking or place in cool water for 6-9 hours if it needs to be thawed quickly.

Preparation: "Thaw in refrigerator, remove outer wrapping, steam in colander in a large stockpot, 2 to 3 hours or up to at least to 165 degrees Fahrenheit internal temperature before use. Do not immerse in water or cut the casing."
