Caledonian Kitchen makes it easy to do your own presentation haggis for a small group, or can provide award winning haggis for the largest Robert Burns dinners in the nation. Kits are available in Highland Beef, Lamb, and Sirloin Beef.

The birthday of Robert Burns, Scotland's beloved bard, is celebrated around the world with piping, dancing, single malt toasts and of course, haggis. Put January 25 on your calendar!
Our Presentation Haggis Kit contains 6 (14.5 oz) cans of the Caledonian Kitchen Haggis of your choice and the same fibrous casing as our frozen haggis and contains 30 3-oz servings. Make your own haggis: Easy to follow preparation instructions are included with each order. The casing is boiled, then stuffed with haggis. Steam in a colander for 3 hours before serving. Scots or not, your friends will applaud.

We have been buying your haggis for our Burns Supper for the past 11 years. I enjoy your haggis so much I buy the cans for my 8 year old daughter and I. She loves it. The lamb is her favorite.

We have used this kit for 7 Burns Night Dinners and it has always been a hit. It is easy to prepare, looks good to present and is wonderfully tasty Haggis. Highly recommended.

I have used the Caledonian Kitchen's Presentation Haggis Kit for several years running at our local Burns Dinner. It assembles easily and tastes great. A great taste of Scots Tradition!
